Very good!
I should mention there are quite a lot of homeless people under an adjacent bridge. They weren't hostile in any way, but I guess for a female traveling alone this is relevant information.

Nice and clean with a 15mins walk to the old town. Really comfy beds that are already made when you get there. Only thing is this is definitely a hotel. Very limited kitchen utensil facilities and no social atmosphere.

Rooms are very pretty, staff is nice and give you very helpful info. Location is perfect! The walk to the center is not that long and very pretty! As a solo female traveler I felt very safe, would say again.
