- bathroom (one of which has its own bathroom but outside the room, access is next to the room) ,
- TV, air conditioning, fridge and small terrace leading into Via Gramsci.
-Linen change and cleaning room every 3 days
This is a guesthouse ('affittacamere' in italian) so we don't serve breakfast!
- CHECK-IN ONLY BY APPOINTMENT: we are open from 15:00 to 19:00. Please remember to tell us in advance the estimated time of arrival. Otherwise our presence can not be guaranteed on site.
- PAYMENT AT CHECK-IN
Attention! The municipality of La Spezia has decided for the introduction of a 'turist tax' of 2,50 euro per person per day.

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is in a fantastic location, ideal for sightseeing. We were so well looked after and would highly recommend staying.

Such a beautiful location - the balcony is a really lovely way to end/ start the day. Close to local bars/restaurants/ shopping and 15 minutes walk away from the train station. Room was clean and tidy with good facilities (small but roomy fridge, spacious wardrobe etc.). Staff were super friendly and accommodating (especially Caterina who checked us in :)). Excellent value for money
