For our overnight guests we offer triple, double or single rooms with private or shared bathroom, as well as a spacious room with an amazing view of the sunrise over the lake.
Our well-stocked bar & restaurant serves refreshing cocktails and delicious homemade comfort food at a great price.
We have direct access to the water with a nice sandy beach, free kayaks, floating dock and some water toys as well. Come here to play volleyball, table tennis or to try the only 'petanque' (boules) area in the south of Nicaragua. We offer awesome patio views, landscaped gardens, a wonderful shady ranch with sun chairs, hammocks and a bar right on the water's edge.

Amazing stay there, dorms were nice and clean. Good place to relax and unplug. WiFi connection isn’t great, but that didn’t bother me. The food options are pricey though, at least $6 per meal… and the only way out is either a shuttle that they have twice a day (only one at 4pm for Granada) for 200 cordobas or a 15 dollars taxi… otherwise highly recommend and worth it for a few nights !

Stay here! Looks better in real life than in the pictures (which is rare). The staff are all so helpful and hard working and sweet - especially the bar / restaurant staff - (Walter!). Beautiful grounds/ plants. Amazing to spend a night and chill. Always leave something to improve on: a bit of a long wait for food / food could be a bit more tasty & showers could have more pressure / warm water (but also I haven’t come across any showers in Nicaragua w hot water or pressure). Amazing spot! Gracias
