When we arrived, we already received the information that the cost of parking per night would be $15. We did not receive any password or card to enter or leave, which made us suspicious. Yes, there were people to clear the entrance and exit of the garage, but no one asked us anything. As soon as we arrived in the room, it had a very strong musty smell, we asked to change it and it was done. When using the elevator, a huge cockroach visited us inside and the smell of the elevator was also bad.

Excellent location, close to the beach, very quiet, everything is close. Although this hotel does not have breakfast included, there are many places very close to have a breakfast or a lunch. A weakness: facilities to prepare a breakfast if you want to. I definitely recommend this central place in Miami Beach.

Decent budget option for a stay in Miami Beach. Well maintained and clean. There is a nice pool with tables poolside meaning that it is a pleasant spot for early evening drinks. Near to a big supermarket, a few bars bars and a selection of eating options. Good bus services take you to South Beach in about 15 minutes, downtown Miami in about 40 and Haulover in about 20. The beach near the hotel is very good. Overall a good choice. I will be back as soon as travel restrictions are over.
