10 minutes walk for the center, People Lille is perfect for a weekend or longer with good communal facilities. Some small details to improve like some broken lockers in the room (they looked quite easy to break) but good numbers of shower/toilets and beds with curtains are not always available.

The place has a great vibe! Lots of pretty common spaces, met a lot of fun people at this hostel. It's close to everything worth visiting in the area too! Easy transportation.

Excellent hostel, the best of a number I stayed in across my trip.Dorms were modern with comfy beds and privacy curtains, with great kitchen facilities and common space which also served as a bar.
The biggest improvement needed would be keeping the kitchen open and not closing it at 10pm - all the travellers are adults and many need to cook at late times, as well as the adjacent outside areas are the only spaces where people can take/make phone calls when the downstairs common space is so noisy
