The Coliving The Valley with Coworking Space open 24-7 is a small community living concept for like-minded people to live, work, and play together. Our motto is 'We welcome citizens of the world'. All accommodations have shared spaces like bathrooms, living areas, and kitchenettes. Remarkably few things have changed and evolved as much in recent years as the world of food and cooking.

Therefore, we have also decided to take things up a level to reflect this food choices and preferences development to enhance the coliving between residents. Thus, instead of a regular stove and oven, you will have an Air Fryer for a healthier cooking experience in all accommodations and the coworking space.
We are a Biosphere Tourism Certified operator running our Villa through safe and sustainability that focus on community.

Porto is 57 km from The Valley, while Aveiro is 55 km away. Francisco Sa Carneiro Airport is the nearest airport, 69 km from the property, renovated in 2022 under high design standards.

We have 6 private bedrooms with shared bathrooms, and 4 have a Smart TV, heating, and air conditioning. Cleaning, change of bed linen and towels once a week.

Digital nomads might fall into two groups regarding the preferred workplace. Nomads either required white noise and background energy to stay focused or needed perfect silence for focus and meetings – work location preference correlated accordingly.
Regardless of whether nomads prefer a home, coworking, or outdoors, many need to work in a space with other people at least once per week and at most once per day for mental and social health reasons.
Our separate coworking space is open 24/7 and is appropriately equipped for work (fast, reliable internet, comfortable chairs, desks, plugs, 23.8'' LCD monitors, resulting in a conducive atmosphere). However, our guests can work in the gardens, near the pool, or in the living area of their accommodation.

The surroundings inspire our community members with the appropriate environment to boost their creative juices, including the gardens and the exterior swimming pool. We also have Jeep Tours that allow the members of our community to discover the most emblematic points of the territory. Alternatively, guests can choose our Guided Tours, walking on Paiva Walkways and the Suspension Bridge 516 Arouca in an atmosphere of enjoyment and evasion.

If our community members like adrenaline, adventure activities like Kayak, Rafting, and Canyoning are for them. We make great efforts to ensure you can achieve more together than individually.
Living well starts at home. Where you live and who you live with immensely impact your daily well-being. With that in mind, in 2022, we renovated a Villa from 1764 under high design standards for a new, wellness-led rental experience.

We offer coliving private bedrooms to rent in the heart of Portugal's stunning countryside. Staying in a private ensuite room, you will share a range of beautiful communal spaces, facilities, and services with an exciting vetted international community of professionals - mainly digital nomads, remote workers, Erasmus students, and university researchers. We offer everything you need to live well and make great efforts to ensure you can achieve more together than individually.

Cancellation requests more than 14 days before the check-in date, a 100% refund.
Interruption of stay or request for cancellation up to 14 days before the check-in date, without refund.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
Payments for non-refundable bookings are made directly to Hostelworld.
