Nice play to stay for a day or two while waiting for flights etc.
Hostel is clean and the beds are comfortable.
It has a big modern kitchen which is nice and the staff were very kind and helpful. The free breakfast is a nice bonus too.
Not a lot going on around the hostel nor was the hostel itself very social but definatly w nice place to stay for a flight layover etc

The high rating made me frown. Stayed here for 3 nights, barely survived.
Location is ok - outside san jose, but within quick uber distance, and neighbourhood has a lot of restaurants. Outer door is locked, kitchen is spaceous.
But the place smells horribly. Form overpowering lavender soap, fumes from smoking to vanilla airfreshener. Worst of all, the absolute stench of urine in the bathroom of dorm room 1 (my room) which emanated into the rest of the hostel, and gave me stomacheache. Smell stayed for all 3

Good stay. When trying to leave we got locked in at the gate which was stressful. Great location and great staff.
