Great place run by people that feel the hostel vibe. Please note that the place is quite secluded, with pros and cons (limited public transportation but quiet and in the middle of the mountains). This place is a perfect location for hikers - you can hike to Portovenere (3,5h), Riomaggiore (2h), Manarola (4h), and Campiglia (5h). The common area, particularly the garden, is amazing. The owners offer easy but tasty (and also very cheap) dinners and tap craft beer from the local brewery.

The team at Ostello was very hospitable and welcoming. They were on first name basis with almost everyone which i thought was very comforting. The location is beautiful nestled into the mountains but it does make for a bit of an adventure to get there.

Yeah it’s a but far but bus will take you there and back. Staff in here are the best and i felt most welcome here
