The Hostel host(Esteban) was super friendly and helpful as well as being super funny. Hostel was very clean facilities were great and just a overall really good vibe. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Santa Cruz.

The only good thing about this hostel was the cafe and gym across the street and one guy on reception. Other than this, shambles. We were not asked for identification on arrival so could have been anyone quoting any booking, we were out in the wrong room and were made to move out all of our belongings at 11pm to make room for a new booking, the woman on reception was extremely rude, the bathroom/sewage in our room was giving off a horrible smell. Overall, don’t waste your money here, avoid.

Might not be a busy time of year. Hostel was a little quiet. But, very friendly staff, place is very clean and is right off the Main Street which allows one to access the main spots of downtown Santa Cruz. Shower has great pressure.
