The only good this about the hostel is the location.
The rooms are nor clean. They are full of dust and dirt. The blankets are not clean.
The staff is not welcoming.
We have to leave the keys everytime we leave the hostel, and when we ask for them again, they don't ask for identification. We have no security that a random person is not going to ask for our keys and steal our things.
If we want towels or soap, we need to pay extra. The water smells bad.
The kitchen smells bad.
The garden is nice.

Faciltiies can be improved.. none of the new generation hostels have hooks or floor mats in the bathroom.
In Florence the power plug point is an unusual point in the beds
No paper towels or cloth towels in kitchen.

In the toilet, the only sink was blocked. There was no door in the room, so the light from the corridor was falling inside the room. Cold in the rooms in the night, and very smelly. The 24 h reception actually did not work in the morning, so I just had to put the keys near the door and leave. I understand, I reserved a cheapest place, but in other cities the hostels of the same price range were much better.
