HOTEL BEAUTY TULUM

It is easy to see why this is the cheapest hostel in Tulum. Weird vibes and no social atmosphere. Dorm room is dark, small, cramped and dirty. Didn't use the shower as it wasn't clean. Poor nights sleep as woke up every time someone used the bathroom. You get what you pay for so if you are on a tight budget then stay here. However I wouldn't stay again and would pay a bit more money for a better experience in what is a very vibey location in Tulum.

the main think - it was clearly said it includes breakfast, but only after my arrival I was told that breakfast is only included for those in private rooms. Small thing - but more important thing for me there were no lockers available - this I see as crucial for me. Also the location - from the map available when booking this property I thought it is located relatively close to the beach, but the reality was different

Very nice staff but wrong description of the room and no total refund even tho we booked a 8 bed room not 10 bed room. Not really clean and also no closure lockers
