You will see hummingbird, parrots, parakeets, blue magpies, congo monkeys, capuchin monkeys ... you will feel in full contact with nature. Around the hostel there are a lot of restaurants and shops (pulperias).

Loved this place! Stayed 3 nights and would have stayed longer if I could, but it was fully booked. The kitchen had everything I needed, great common areas, social vibe, nice room and bathrooms, comfy beds, friendly staff and good location. Only minus was the wifi, it was much slower than suggested in the description.

One of my favourite hostels throughout my time in nicaragua. Great location in Balgue with wonderful staff who’ll give all the advice you need. Very small and chilled vibe, but still super social with lovely kitchen and common space :) 100% recomend

Dorm room is super uncomfy and the area is so loud - I had two very bad nights sleep. The dorm is also filled with everyone’s belongings as it’s so tiny. There’s a nice chill out area and they also help scooter rentals. It’s an okay location but th dirt roads in and out are hard on a scooter! An okay place to stay !
