No value for money. There is usually No person at the reception. The staff is friendly but take no responsibility at all, for the situations. It's Cold and unsafe. In the shared room, there is 6 beds and 4 closets, but without lock!, so there is not point in having closets! No laundry. The heating systems is not effective at all. If you faced a problem with a person in pavia ostello, don't expect anything from the staff, just call the police!

Watch out for Rui. He might "accidentally" forget that he already charged you and charge you twice for your stay when you check out.

As all per previous feedback from many Lorenzo is a very helpful and knowledgeable person. The facilities are excellent and clean. Easy to get to, an easy accessible and picturesque walk from the hostel along the bank of the river Ticino. Many thanks to Lorenzo.
