Unfortunately there were issues with the bathroom which meant it smelled slightly but otherwise they were fantastic, very cheap and even gave me a free upgrade

Afternoon. 1st of all. My booking wasn't at the hotel. No name r booking reference number. I demand a full refund. I tried to call . No ans. Called the hotel. They were fully booked with out my name present. Outrageous. Please call me. R I'm going to make a full complaint against this Site.
