Staff were excellent! Can’t fault them enough a lot of work obviously needs doing. But for the price it’s what you get. Did book a 4 bed dorm ended up in an 8 with no air con.

Everything was dirty. The kitchen, the rooms (old saus on the floor) and the bathrooms were so awfull. Old, no hot water and holes in the walls and doors

There is one women receptionist who gave problem while checking In. Since I was travelling domestic I didn't carry my Passport with me. And while checking In I provided NSW driving licence as identify proof and she was not accepting it. Then she was being rude and saying "be grateful I'm allowing you to stay and not cancelling your booking". Any kind of Government ID is required and she was adamant and asking was just passport.
