Welcome to Casa del Miel - The Honey House. We are located near Marco Polo Airport and the Casino at Ca' Noghera, just 20 minutes drive from central Venice.
Each bedroom in the guesthouse offers every comfort including bathroom with shower, air conditioning on request, internet connection.
The Honey House is an ideal base to visit other 'art' cities and your friendly hosts will be happy to give advice about local sights and places to visit such as Treviso (20km) and Padua (30km). If you're looking for sunny beaches, head to Jesolo (30km) while if its culture you want, you can visit the nearby Roman archaeological site of Altino (3km). In 5th century AD, Altino is where barbarian invaders caused the inhabitants to flee to the marshy lagoon, where they founded Venice.
From The Honey House you can take a 20 minute bus ride to the road terminal of Piazzale Roma. From here you can get around Venice on foot or by waterbus ('vaporetto'). St Mark's Square can be reached directly by waterbus. Marco Polo Airport is only 2 minutes away from The Honey House.
