Amazing location to the beach, food, and nightlife. The staff is amazing and welcoming, and all the guests match the same energy. The organized trips are fantastic and a great value. Will definitely return yet again! 💚

I have very mixed feelings about this property. My overall review is that I am truly surprised and confused at how great the ratings are. It is probably the most expensive hostel I’ve stayed at and also one of the worst experiences I’ve had. It was not what I was expecting, but I will caveat this review by saying it is definitely a social/party hostel which was not really our vibe. However, the staff and people seemed friendly and social able, so if that is what you are looking for you might like staying here. The pros: staff and people are friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the overall property seemed secure. The cons: cleanliness was awful, the bathrooms were sopping wet and people had left vape pens and trash and gross things all over. The bed I was given still had the last guests sheets on it, not a huge deal, mistakes happen, but on top of everything else it felt a little uncomfortable. While the property did resemble the photos, things were messier and dirtier and just not nearly as nice, which was a huge disappointment. Shortly after arriving we debated leaving but decided it was fine for one night. We did not sleep at all. Though I *think* the quiet hours were enforced, the bars/clubs/nightlife down the street was deafening until 2am, then at around 2am everyone returned and were either very loud coming back in or the noise carried enough to wake us up. The AC light filled the entire room, which was very annoying since I was directly under it, but to be fair I’m not sure if it is able to be turned off. The property seemed secure and I didn’t feel unsafe, but the door to the room was broken and didn’t actually lock. The biggest con was the price. At nearly $70 a night it was one of the most expensive hostels I stayed at and probably one of the worst. I’m not saying this place should have terrible ratings, but I am truly confused how the ratings are so high when I’ve stayed and much nicer places with slightly worse ratings than here and for much less. Maybe my experience is just a fluke but I was definitely disappointed.
