A few of the staff are incredible… others not so much. When I arrived I didn’t get any sort of tour, wasn’t shown where bathrooms were or told about the salsa classes. Very noisy at times with construction work going on in the hostel. Rooms are stuffy, more fans needed. Wifi terrible- doesn’t reach rooms at all. Too few bathrooms and not enough privacy in them.

Pros - social - tours - they keep you safe as much as they can , tell you where to go and where not to go con's- bartender was extremely rude . The bar closed down early. They were spraying toxic pesticides without warning anyone or blocking the area off . The entire place was filled with toxic chemicals !!

The staff is very helpful and I felt very welcomed. I really like the salsa teachers and San Antonino is a great neighborhood.
