Jose was lovely and the beds are comfortable but really displace that owner setting the exchange rate at 600 for dollars to colones. Just feels they’re ripping off backpackers. For that reason I’d say not worth the money and to stay elsewhere! Some of the tour information is also outdated so some surprise additional costs!!

One of the nicest hostels I stayed at on my trip to Costa Rica. Very close to everything in town with a small parking lot and a co-owned restaurant right next door. Super clean, nice room.

Great location in the middle of town, comfortable communal area (with two very friendly cats!), comfy and spacious beds although main dorm doesn't have a door that locks (lockers only big enough for small bags).
