Towels are not included in shared room rates, just in private rooms.
We have a 24-hour reception so do not hesitate to write to us with any questions. During your stay you can ask us for extra blankets, hair dryer or clothes iron at reception. You can not smoke in the rooms, balconies or closed areas, only on the terrace. The check-out deadline is at 12:00, if you want to stay longer you can store your belongings in our luggage room and enjoy our common areas or leave and return for them before 9:00 p.m.

It’s a really nice hostel, staff are friendly and kitchen is great! I just wish there was air con! It’s so hot in the middle of summer in Santiago so it’s very hard to sleep with just a fan! Other than that, great place.

Great hostel in a historic building and geared towards the co-working sector. The dorms are spacious with quality bedding (including a throw, always a good sign in my experience!), the roof terrace with bar and food is really nice, and the kitchen is spacious and clean. They employ hotel-type cleaning maids who do an excellent job and the space helps so that it doesnt feel like you are on top of everyone else. The location opposite the park and a short walk from the metro is perfect.
