Location couldn’t have been better, right in the center of town. Staff were friendly and let us leave our bags and check in a little early since the room was ready. Only minor inconveniences were that the room didn’t have a mini fridge and there was only one functioning plug we could find.

Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful staff who recommended a brilliant place to eat. Lovely to have use of a lounge too- plus balcony ! Strongly recommend- we will return . Thank you for a lovely stay.

This place could not be faulted for its location - you couldn’t be more perfectly positioned in beautiful Siena. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and the communal space was comfortable. The room was tiny and the bathroom was a little mouldy, the shower curtain in particular, but the bed was comfy and the rest of the room was spotlessly clean. It was completely worth the price, given the location.
