The have very strict and reduced hours to check in, so be careful. If you're not there in that specific interval of time, you'll be alone. No one will help you.

The hostel offers overall a good value for the money. The rooms can be booked private. They are clean and also get cleaned regularly. Also the bathrooms were clean. To all those wondering, the bathrooms are shared but there are some that can be locked. So you can still shower etc in private. The only annoying thing was the tram that runs right in front of the building and makes the whole building shake when passing by, so bring ear protection ;-).

Accidentally booked the wrong dates, it was 11:50pm and I booked for the next day, so the 48 hour cancellation was impossible. I called and emailed RIGHT AWAY to get assistance in changing my booking and to clarify that the dates had been mixed up. The staff was not helpful at all. They did not get back to me in a timely manner and they were not helpful given my situation. Still paid the entire amount. Not a very accommodating or friendly place, I'd recommend people stay elsewhere.
