Opis nieruchomości

Welcome to the Great Wall Box House, locates at the most traditional but non-touristy Chinese village -- Gubeikou, 120 km to Beijing. It's a 100-year-old Si-He-Yuan house among the mountain, the east-side-wall of the house is a part of the Great Wall. So our house is located in the countryside, not in DOWNTOWN Beijing.

Great place next to the Great wall. Cats are adorable and friendly. Toilets are clean and showers have hot water and shampoo etc. Good common area. We were the only guests and they cooked us breakfast and dinner. Food was delicious and we could choose what time we want it. Very good value for the money. Town is not faraway if you want to buy snacks etc and train station is 4km away.

Great place! Is a bit hard to reach from Beijing (Be careful with the taxis taking you there as they might try to charge you a bit extra). Other than that the place is great. The rooms and the bathrooms are clean. The staff was very helpful. The place has a great atmosphere the wall is easily reachable by foot. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely try to go back at some point!
