Acacia Villa, gave you a warm welcome to our peaceful villa in the exclusive, safe neighbourhood of Upper Mawanda Road less than a 5 minute walk to Acacia mall and all the best restaurants in Kampala. Our house is such a rare find as you will be very central, while also in a peaceful private compound up on one of Kampala's 7 beautiful hills.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 15:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 11:00 - 12 noon.

The perfect place to stay while in Kampala. Acacia Villa is located in a quiet, safe part of the city and is walking distance from many bars, restaurants and services. The garden has a really nice view and the staff is exceptional! Breakfast was light and the french press coffee is the best I've had in East Africa!

Acacia Villa is a great place! The staff is suuuper friendly (e.g. we arrived very late at night and they let us have their own food because the restaurants were already closed + we also got a free room upgrade), the rooms get cleaned daily, it's easy to meet people there, the atmosphere is relaxed & open, they have a TV, games & really fast wifi and it's really close to Acacia Mall & many nice places to experience Kampala nightlife :)
The only things to improve: only 2 bathrooms & no lockers
