There are way better options for you to stay in Kuta. It's an okay place but if you're looking at value, it's not worth the cost. It also depends on your situation.. if you're looking for peace and quiet at night - this just isn't it.
Pros:
-Great staff
-Spacious Rooms. Nice comfy bed
-breakfast
Cons:
- Right beside a loud bar.
- Its dead here - no atmosphere
- hot water wasn't working
- no soap in dispensers
- power went out in the middle of the night
- street dogs barking early morning

My partner and I stayed 2 amazing evenings here. We love the typical construction and furniture. The included breakfast is amazing (fruit, veggies omelette and toasts) , and the stuff couldn't be any more helpful and nice, same with the owner, original from Lombok.
In lombok every evening the party is hosted by a different bar. The first evening it was totally fine, only music from a close by bar until 10pm , the second evening it was the party at a bar just in here and the music although it was actually good it lasted until 1am, not a tragedy at all, just in case...
Overall we support local business specially when traveling.
We highly recommend it 💫

Friendly staff. Gorgeous pool and garden. I used the pool practically every day, and was usually the only person in there. The bungalow was spacious but a bit basic, and the roof leaked during heavy rain (we stayed there during rainy season). The staff called someone in right away to fix the roof, which was great. My only complaint is that the hotel is right across the street from a bar that blasted music so loud some nights that I couldn't sleep. My boyfriend slept through it just fine though.
