Koala Hostel is in the City Center of Mendoza, right in front of Italia Square, close to atractions such as Aristides Av, the main gastronomic and night life area, San Martin Park, Independencia Square and Civic Park. Bus and train stops nearby to go everywhere. 15 min walk from the bus station through Alem St.

Former Argentinian president Juan Domingo Peron residence, beautiful mid XX Century house with 7 rooms and 5 bathrooms, living room with TV, breakfast area, dining room, kitchen and patio with BBQ area.

We have 3 cuadruple mixed dorms and 4 double rooms, private or shared.

The hostel was small and nice but there were some things that didnt work like the ac which is not acceptable with Mendoza heat and the beds were very noisy. It was I guess a proper price for this but it wasn’t very comfy. It has a vibe of cosy small hostel with less privacy. At the back patio every night was free wine and some cooking events

We had a great couple of days here! The rooms are basic but clean and good value for money. The common areas are great, it was easy to meet people and the staff and volunteers made sure we had a fun time. Would recommend for anyone going to Mendoza!

Best Hostel I’ve stayed in Argentina. The volunteers and the owner are amazing, they make everyone feel welcome and help with everything. The hostel is right in the middle of the city, the kitchen has good facilities. I would definitely come back!
