Located in the new center of Da Nang, it’s been a dream come true for us to build, establish and open this spectacular hostel. Got inspired from the Kon-Tiki expedition, a journey by a raft across the Pacific Ocean from South America to the Polynesian islands, we wish to make a place not only for staying but also a place to make wonderful memories.
Kon-Tiki offers both dorm and private rooms, all of which are air-conditioned during the night to ensure you have a comfortable nights sleep.

WOW! At my backpackers trip across Vietnam we stayed in budget hostels in each city, and Kon Tiki in Da Nang was absolutely the best! It's super new, clean, and well designed. But the best part is the crew - cool guys, fluent in English, easy going and willing to help you and accompany you for dinner/beer and talk about Vietnamese life. And also they offered help with transporting lost luggage, renting a motorbike, sending a package, and they will even give u a lift to a nice food place. 10/10

Stayed here for one night, was fine as near night market and dragon bridge so things to do around the area. Just not much social area to meet people and hang out.

The staff here were awesome. However I wouldn’t stay here again. The hostel is very far away from the beach and bars. The breakfast is one option, eggs and toast. The staff were lovely and gave me a free towel to use to shower after I checked out. However the towel was yellow and reeked of sweat. I think cleanliness could be improved and it would be a better hostel.
