The main issue was the lack of communication from the staff. I asked them if I could checkin very early morning. They only replied to my email 1 day later saying it was ok and that they could provide me with pickup service from the airport. I asked the price. No answer. One hour before boarding my flight, I sent them another email saying that I would find a cab on my own. Then someone suddenly replied that a driver would wait for me for 10 USD. They just assumed and that's very disrespectful.

A cool place with a fine restaurant to laze about and spend whole days chilling. Black and white colobuses, waterbucks and lots of birds seen from restaurant terrace outlooking on a pond and forest, all in the city - a breathtaking view! Very friendly staff and no problems at all. Staff member took us from the airport to the hotel for free- thanks a lot again!

I had an amazing time at Viavia, the staff was incredibly friendly and the garden area is just the nicest place. I want to recommend the yoga class as well - if you stay at viaviw on a sunday, make sure to start your day with some yoga!
The only thing was that I could not lock my dorm room, even when I was there alone untill 4AM which was a bit uncomfortable
