Kookaburra Inn can be accessed by walking from Brisbane City (CBD), train, coach, air or taxi. Con-X-ion shuttle buses provides door to airport service for approximately AUD $20 per adult one way.
For self drive guests, the property is situated off Boundary Street (Spring Hill). Parking permits available.
Not suitable for children under the age of 18.

Only stayed for a night but the bed was comfortable, the showers were good and the location was quiet but close enough to the cbd to be accessible. The true standouts however were the owners, Sean and Stephen were so kind and accommodating from start to finish. I will definitely recommend this to any traveller.

A month ago, I fractured my ankle. However, Stephen from the hostel was there. He was incredibly nice, and thoughtful. He made sure I was doing ok, as this was a very painful injury, so I just want to make sure he knows I will forever be thankful for what he did, and for helping me on that occasion. Stephen, you rock! With regard to the hostel, it was quiet, clean and comfortable. Having a fridge and aircon are always a plus and even though there is street parking, it was pretty safe and had no issues abou

Really nice hostel near the centre of Brisbane. Good atmosphere, super friendly staff and comfy beds. Shuttlebus con-x-ion stops in front of hostel, Which was a plus.
