_From D-5 to D, first night of the stay is due, if the Hotel is not able to resell the room.

This hostel is in a great central location. I was impressed for the price point of getting my own bedroom and shower with a shared toilet. The owner resides on the property and is there most of the time to answer any questions. Very nice gentleman and straight forward about rules. The only drawback to the Hostel is the limited window of time to check-in. I did not have an issue with this but I can see it being one if you do not plan your travels accordingly to be there in that 3 hour window.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my first visit to Cannes !! Staff was so nice and welcoming, really cute dog who waits at the front to greet you ! location is central to everything you need, would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an affordable and nice place to stay!

this is one of the most enjoyable places I’ve stayed in all of Europe. quiet street, restaurants nearby, affordable private rooms. I needed some rest from the craziness of party hostels and this was the place to do it - super peaceful. The host and his cute dog were so kind and helpful. Place is clean and breakfast was great. Check in was flexible and the property is locked and safe. Checking out at 10am was a little difficult for me because I was very tired from traveling but this is a minor thing and not
