The best thing about this place are all the activities that are constantly going on! Staff is nice and friendly, but they rather hangout with their other staff friends than with the travellers, so its a bit frustrating sometimes. The rooms are super clean, although they can become a bit hot if the fan is not turned on at its fullest. Lockers are big and spacious.

Great place to meet other travellers! Great location and amazing beds. The rooms look more like a hotel than a hostel!

Everything in Ubud is paradisiacal and this hostel is not the exception. The atmosphere is amazing, full of plants and nature, it even has a small pond with fish and a pool. Its located in a busy street, where you get all type of shops and restaurants, but is also walking distance to main streets. Staff is nice, they went pick us up at the airport themselves, but they are not always there. Too many "old" people there, i wouldn't recommend it for solo travellers if they are trying to meet people

This is one of the best hostels I've stayed in Asia! Staff are absolutely amazing, super friendly and always willing to help and take care of you! They make it much much easier to meet other travellers. It has a great rooftop that gives a nice view of the city, specially at sunset. Is walking distance from a metro station, and its close to the National Monument. It helps an organisation that helps kids living in a dump (BGBJ, google it) you can even go there yourself. You should def stay here!

The place is a little bit disorganised compare to what i expected in Singapore, but its clean enough. It has an amazing rooftop/common room, with a lot of plants, which gives a nice atmosphere. Staff are nice, they helped me with my lost baggage, to make calls and arrange the devolution of it. Location is great, walking distance from the metro station and it has a bus stop just in front. It also has food courts, 7-11s and other handy shops nearby.

Im not gonna say its a bad place, but it is definitely not for everyone. If you are a man, or travelling with a bunch of people, it might be just right, but we were two young women and it didn't feel right. Its located in a very busy street, walking distance from the train station, but it doesn't have any door facing the street. To get there, you have to go through the narrow, dirty alleys, which didn't seem safe for me to do at night.I didn't feel comfortable and safe

I found this Zostel to be one of the best. The place is beautiful, with really nice decorations on the wall and nice and wide common room and kitchen. It is located inside the pink city, walking distance from the main sightseeings (except the fort, because that one is anyways far from everything). They also have a nice rooftop, and they try to get some activities and tours going for all the travellers. The breakfast is amazingly complete, for just 100 rupees.

Though I was only there for a night, I could feel it is a nice place. It has their own "private" restaurant, where you can get nice food and where everyone chills, since there is no other space like a common room. Its located just on the street to enter the Taj Mahal (quite a walk, but very possible). Not many people, as it seems to be a place where no one stops for much time, however, if you are in Agra for a couple of days, its enough and very good.
Hello! Thank you for the awesome review and ratings. We are happy to know you liked your stay with us. Our cafe is the place to chill and meet people from all around the world. We chose this location to be in the proximity of the Taj Mahal. It was a pleasure hosting you. Do visit us again soon. Cheers! Zostel

Very very comfortable place to escape from the chaos of India at the end of the day. It is absolutely clean, compared to what you see in India. Location is walking distance from the metro station (which is basically how you get around) and from a nice "market" area where you get good food and other handy shops. Staff are amazing, always willing to help you and they even arrange some activities to get all the travellers together! They also arrange day trips to Agra (extra charge, of course).

It is a lovely place, just a few minutes walk from the main street. The rooms are open, spacious and wide. Beds are very comfortable and they have their own mosquito net. I could only stay for one night, but i would definitely stay here again. Its just so beautiful and pleasant to be there. Staff are also very nice, they even let me use their computer to send an important mail. If you are planning a trip to Pai, SpicyPai is the combination of good sleep and good common areas.

I had one of the best times of my life in this hostel. Perfect for solo travelers. Met a great group of people, with whom i went everywhere. We even travelled together to Pai! It has a lot of Thai restaurants nearby and there's also a 7-11 within a 3 minute walk. The Staff was super nice, always ready to help (though there's a canadian guy a little grumpy, but most of the time he is not in the reception). You can rent a bike to get around. Nice, clean rooms.
Hey thanks for the review! We're glad you enjoyed your stay here! As far as the grumpy Canadian goes, I am sorry you had to experience that... He gets grumpy that early in the morning (5am) because he had to keep on having to come out and tell people to keep it down after a night out to ensure people who didn't go out, could sleep! Enjoy the rest of your travels!
