Improve internet. Security is worry as anyone from street can basically wander up into hostel. It would have been good if staff were more enthusiastic about helping those staying there find good activities. I was pretty much told just go to info centre. It was like I was checked in and paid and now they didnt care

Super friendly staff always willing to help you out and give any suggestions either tour or food wise. Patricia and Anna were awesome

If you cancel tours in future it would be appreciated to get more than 10 mins notice so can make alternate plans

I found the staff mostly very helpful however was a little annoyed when I had to check out that there was noone at reception for over an hour the morning I had to check out meaning I couldn't leave the hostel. The rooms are rather cramped but quite clean. I didn't really like the fact that the showers / toilets (there were two)are in the same small cubicle so if someone has done there business before you go in there it's not very pleasant having a shower. However this happens a lot in Asia.

Room was a matchbox. Walls were dirty and so was bed. Not much atmosphere going on and they didnt seem to promote communal activities at night. Little concerned they took peoples passports and didnt lock them up. Had the staff member on duty gone to kitchen or was just sleeping on couch (common) I could have got passport back from draw behind counter. Pretty cheap for single room and honestly dont spend much time there anyway.
