From boat station: ask tuk tuk send you to Ban Xiengthong, in front of Wat Xiengthong and Wat khillii or you Walk up to the main road from boat station, turn to your left side, walk all the way up, no right or left turn, until you see the sculpture of a BIG CAT, turn to your right side, and walk to the main road Sakkaline Road (before arriving Sakkaline Road you will passing by a small road in within).
