Check-out: 11am. Reception is open 8am to 9pm; 9am to 7pm on Sundays and Public Holidays. Groups of more than four people should contact us directly as a surcharge of 25% to 300% may apply. If you don�t specify your arrival time we�ll cancel your booking and charge you. Remember it takes about an hour to get here from the airport. We require full pre-payment for all bookings; if you have insufficient credit your reservation won�t be honoured. We only accommodate foreign passport holders. Residents of Australia and New Zealand not permitted. This is a youth hostel; guests over 30 must contact us before making a booking. We have a three day cancellation policy. Although the deposit to Hostelworld may be refundable according to their terms and conditions, the additional deposit to our hostel is not refundable � please consider this carefully when making a reservation and obtain travel insurance. We reserve the right to evict any guest. Internet prices are not available for in-house guests. Note if you book online and you are already staying you may have to pay additional charges (min $5 per night per person). Our internet rates are intro-promotional rates for new guests only. Although we will try our best to accommodate you in the same room prior to arrival or within a few days after checking in, this is not always possible. We don�t accept government/religious-funded tourists or school/university groups. We don�t accept credit cards starting with number 6, if you use these types of cards your booking will not be guaranteed. A surcharge of up to 3% may apply to credit card use. If your card expires before your arrival we will charge you 10% of the accommodation cost as deposit. Free Airport pickup must be prearranged and only on full payment of room charges. Airport pickup is subject to availability of seat on our transport, therefore we advise you book well ahead. Please arrange for late check-in with reception after you make your booking if you are arriving after 7pm. Reception hours are: 08:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday 09:00 to 19:00 Saturdays & Sundays Public holidays and other special occasions see reception for opening hours schedule.
